These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Shri Krupa Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Shri Krupa Services”, “we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Shri Krupa Services mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
The App lets you browse the facility services we offer, submit service requests, follow the status of those requests, read company news, and manage your account. It is a channel for requesting and tracking services — it is not itself the delivery of any service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- If you use the App on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at info@skspl.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- Accounts registered through the App are customer accounts. Staff accounts are issued only by our administrators.
4. Service requests
- Status labels shown in the App (Pending, Assigned, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled) are indicative of our internal progress and are not a contractual guarantee of timing.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, including the site address and location.
- Pricing, scope, and timelines are agreed separately and are not set through the App.
- We may decline or cancel a request where it is outside our service area or capability, the information is inaccurate or incomplete, or acceptance would breach law or these Terms.
5. Content you submit
- You retain ownership of photographs and text you submit.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to assess, fulfil, and keep records of your service request.
- You confirm you have the right to share what you upload, including any photographs of premises, and that doing so does not breach anyone’s rights or any confidentiality obligation.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or that contains other people’s personal data without their knowledge.
- We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose;
- submit false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading requests;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the service you are not authorised to access;
- probe, scan, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or our systems;
- use automated means to access the App or place unreasonable load on it;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
- upload malicious code.
7. Permissions on your device
The App may ask permission to use your camera, photo library, location, and to send notifications. Each of these is optional and is requested only at the point you use the related feature. You can decline or later withdraw any of them in your device settings and continue to use the App, including submitting service requests. How we handle this data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, text, graphics, logos, and the “Shri Krupa Services” name and marks are owned by or licensed to Shri Krupa Services Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue features, or perform maintenance, at any time. We are not liable for unavailability caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network failure, device faults, or acts of third parties.
10. Third-party services
The App relies on services provided by Apple, Google (including Firebase Cloud Messaging), and our hosting provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. The App may link to external websites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shri Krupa Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the App.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These limitations relate to your use of the App; obligations under any separate services contract are governed by that contract.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shri Krupa Services Pvt. Ltd. and its personnel against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or content you submit.
14. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if required by law.
- On termination, your right to use the App ends. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue to apply.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Material changes will be notified in the App or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your place of residence, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.
17. General
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a business transfer.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the App.
